1. How can I contact Mayor and Councilmembers?

Mayor and City Council may be contacted individually by phone.

The first and third Tuesdays of every month, unless it is a holiday. They start at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction.

They have work sessions on the Mondays before the regular City Council meetings unless that day is a holiday. They start at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Boulevard, Apache Junction.

4. Can I speak at regular meetings?

You can speak during public hearings or at Call to the Public. During a public hearing you must speak about that item. At Call to the Public you may speak about any issue for up to three minutes.

5. Can I speak at the work sessions?

Members of the public may attend work sessions but they do not have the opportunity to speak.

6. Are any decisions made at the work sessions?

No. Most council actions occur during the regular meetings on Tuesdays. Periodically there are special meetings called where actions may be taken and they may be on any day of the week. Those meetings are posted ahead of time for public awareness and are open to the public. Work sessions are for discussion only.
