1. How much is a City License and how do I get one?

Most licenses for the City of Apache Junction are $50.00 for the first year and $50.00 for every year thereafter. If your business is located inside the city limits you will have to get a completed Zoning Certificate. There is no fee for this, however, it does take five business days to complete. All forms are available upon request at the City of Apache Junction, City Clerks Office, located at 300 E Superstition Boulevard, approximately 3 miles north of US 60 off of Idaho.

10. How long does it take to obtain a license?

In most cases, if a zoning certificate is required, it takes 5
business days to get a license processed and out to you in the mail. If a zoning certificate is not required, a license can be processed in by the same day to 2 days, dependent upon records availability.
