The City of Apache Junction Parks and Recreation will be hosting our annual Holiday Program and Light Parade on Saturday, Dec. 4. The event will take place at Flatiron Community Park. Join us for a full afternoon of activities, vendors, food, and entertainment, leading into our annual light parade. 2021 Holiday Program FlyerThere will be lots of activities throughout the evening for the whole family including: 

LET IT SNOW: Join us for this one of a kind FREE event for the whole family! We will have something for everyone from 3 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: 30 tons of snow, Santa Claus, inflatables, Candy Cane Lane Walk Thru, vendor/non-profit booths and food trucks. We’ll also have music at the entertainment stage!

Tree Lighting Ceremony: Come help support your city as the mayor kicks off the holiday season with the tree lighting ceremony. This will happen at 6:30 p.m. at the Focal Point (northeast Corner of Old West Highway and Phelps) 

The 24th Annual Holiday Light Parade: Individuals, businesses, non-profit agencies and groups are welcome to enter their floats. Registration is required in order to participate. For more information on entering your float, please contact Larry Binion at The parade starts at 7 p.m. The route will be on Apache Trail between Phelps Drive and Thunderbird Drive. 

This event is free to the community! Help us collect non-perishable food for our neighbors in need. Please donate one non-perishable food item in lieu of an admission fee. All items will be donated to the Superstition Community Food Bank and will be put to good use immediately in feeding the hungry in our area.
