The Apache Junction Multi-Generational Center offers a wide variety of fitness classes for the community through memberships and special interest programs. We are currently seeking instructors who have a passion for creating fun, yet challenging workouts for patrons of all abilities.
We need instructors so we can add classes to our group fitness schedule but we are also seeking substitutes if your availability is limited. Sample classes include “HIIT 45,” various yoga practices, pilates and fitness sessions geared towards the active older adult.
“HIIT 45” is a 45-minute high-intensity interval training class that uses various pieces of equipment and the person’s own body weight. Participants will experience bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery. We use a variety of instructors to help participants experience a new workout each day.
We are also looking for an instructor with experience teaching TRX Suspension training. Suspension training is a full body workout designed for all levels with a focus on building muscular endurance, joint stabilization, and a rock solid core. Whether participants are new to suspension training or advanced, as an instructor you know this style of workout can benefit anyone.
If you have experience with any of these styles of teaching and would like to join our team of amazing fitness instructors, please contact Jill Ruot at email@example.com or 480-474-5248.
