The court community service compliance coordinator assists defendants in meeting court orders and obligations through counseling and community service.
Court Compliance Specialist
The court compliance specialist conducts financial screenings and interviews to determine eligibility for payment plans and/or community service. If you are experiencing difficulties complying with EXISTING current payment plans you can contact the fines manager (Court Compliance Specialist) by email at 1149@courts.az.gov.
CAT Class
The Changing Attitudes Today (CAT) class is a four-week course designed to assist students in overcoming destructive behaviors and attitudes through cognitive skills and positive reinforcement. The ultimate goal of the course is to help participants live happier and more productive lives.
Community Restitution Program
The City of Apache Junction work crew gives defendants the opportunity to satisfy court fines and community service obligations. Defendants work on various projects that benefit the city and community. This includes painting, trash cleanup and landscaping.
Normal work crew hours are from 7:30 to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Closed-toe shoes are required for participation on the work crew (no sandals or flip flops). A hat or head-cover is highly recommended.
