Fitness Programs
The inviting atmosphere in the fitness area and the camaraderie in the group fitness classes are what set us apart. We strive to create enjoyable fitness opportunities for every member of the family, young and old. Our knowledgeable staff will keep you abreast of the latest in fitness trends and research. It is our purpose to pass that knowledge on to the participants so that they too may become better educated on how to take care of their physical health. Check out our brochure for classes on martial arts, nutrition, athletic conditioning, and various fitness events.
